My first steps towards natural cosmetics (theme: around Aloe Vera)

Come and discover natural cosmetics and the benefits of Aloe Vera for your skin and your well-being.

Program: learning about good manufacturing practices for your homemade cosmetics, precautions for using the different ingredients (including essential oils), and finally the creation of two products that you will take back home. We will also talk in more details about Aloe Vera and its benefits.

You will make two cosmetic products based on Aloe Vera, vegetable oils and essential oils:

• a personalized face cream

• a face serum

   

Long live the recycling! Please bring a small 50ml container for your face cream. You will be provided with the pump bottle for the serum.

 

Participation: 40 € (the price includes the material and ingredients to make your cosmetic products, course notes, and recipe sheets).

Essential oils & Emotions

Come and discover the power of aromatherapy to manage your emotions on a daily basis and rebalance your nervous system.

We will talk about 15 essential oils, their properties (tonic, calming, relaxing, anti-stress, for sleep, promoting concentration, decision-making, a passage, a rebirth, developing joy, cheerfulness, bringing inner peace, anchoring courage, for meditation, ...) and their modes of use.

You will leave the workshop with:

• The notes containing detailed information on each essential oil, the precautions and methods of use (diffusion, skin application, massage, etc.)

• Synergy recipes that you can use at home (also mixtures to use for your children)

• A personalized synergy that you will have created yourself during the workshop

 

Participation: 40 € (the price includes the syllabus, the material and the ingredients to prepare your synergy).

Conscious Parent - Taking care of my baby's skin

Parent or future parent, take a break and come join us for a moment of meeting and discussion. Did you know that the skin is the largest organ in the human body, and that the skin of your little ones is not yet mature? It is also through the skin that a baby experiences his first strong contacts with his environment and with others. It is important to take care of it.

Program:
What are the specificities of a baby's skin? How to read the label of the products you buy and choose them to choose the most respectful formulas for the natural balance of the skin of your baby or your child? What is really in diapers and wipes? Are there any ingredients to avoid? Should we be wary of endocrine disruptors? What are the more ecological and natural alternatives? And especially all YOUR questions!

I also share my natural and practical recipes and we will end the workshop by making a liniment for the care of the diaper and a massage oil for toddlers, products that you can take home.

You can also bring some products that you use at home, we will use them for the practical exercises.

Towards a serene birth

To become a parent, what an adventure! I offer you a moment of exchanges with other future parents around the theme of birth, in a nice and welcoming environment.
We are going to use different tools to allow you to dream of meeting your baby, to think about your birth plan, and to project you towards your future life as a parent. How would you like the birth to go? What does parenting mean to you? How will you welcome this little being into your life? What values ​​do you want to convey to him/her? What will be their place in the siblings? How do you imagine your future life as a parent, and how to best reconcile it with your married life, social and professional life?
We will also use various creative tools (cutouts, collages, mandalas, ...) to prepare positive affirmations and a board of images to help you live as serenely as possible the day of birth.
Participation: 40 € per person, or 50 € per couple (the price includes the notes, all the necessary creative material, as well as the tea / coffee / water break).
